Essential Watercolour with David McEown

Hosted by the McMichael Canadian art Collection virtual workshops.

Introduction to essential watercolour techniques and colour perception exercises that will prepare participants the ability to paint directly from nature or create from the imagination. Also we will learn to interpret and transcend sketches and photo reference into studio a painting with this spontaneous and flowing travel friendly medium.

2 sessions, Saturdays, 11am- 2 pm  (ET) January 23,30 , 2021.

Level,

- beginner

- intermediate artists that want to review and practice colour mixing and watercolour techniques. 

- Advanced artists from other mediums that always wanted to learn watercolour.
